Michael Golightly serves as in house counsel and has served in a similar position since September of 1996. He is a 1983 graduate of the Law School at St. Mary's University located in San Antonio, Texas, a 1980 graduate of the University of Utah and in 2000 received a LLM in taxation from Washington School of Law, Washington Institute for Graduate Studies. He holds an active law license in the State of Utah.
