Mr. Surber is a member of the California bar. He practices law on a limited basis specializing in complex corporate and securities law matters. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and then with a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in corporate law, including securities, taxation and bankruptcy.

Pamela Hyde Office Manager
has served as Office Manager since August 2008 and worked for the company as an Executive Assistant since August 2005. Previous to her work at Nexia, she gained experience as a Print Production Manager for 12 years and as an Office Manager for 7 years prior to that. She continued her interest in property management in 1999 becoming a Certified Apartment Manager. |

Michael Golightly In-House Counsel
serves as in house counsel and has served in a similar position since September of 1996. He is a 1983 graduate of the Law School at St. Mary's University located in San Antonio, Texas, a 1980 graduate of the University of Utah and in 2000 received a LLM in taxation from Washington School of Law, Washington Institute for Graduate Studies. He holds an active law license in the State of Utah. |
