We have been acquiring undervalued properties in the
area of Salt Lake City since the early 1990's. |
Nexia Holdings' existing portfolio of properties includes the historic Wallace-Bennett Building (a 38,000 sq. ft. multi-story office building in Salt Lake City), a 7,000 sq. ft. one-story retail building on State Street in Salt Lake City, and 100,000 sq. ft. building on Sam's Boulevard in Kearns. The company also owns seven small parcels of undeveloped raw land in Utah and Kansas. |
We've put our money into the purchase of underperforming properties, and through the repair and upgrade of those properties we hope to increase their value and cash flow potential. Our objective is to acquire properties that will need only limited improvements in order to increase their occupancy, improve cash flow, and enhance potential resale value. |
From time to time we will sell our commercial properties when market conditions are favorable. The goal is to maximize profits and not necessarily to be landlords. |
